Final video walkthrough with styling suggestions and tips for your listing photos
Listing title options and an optimized description written to match your new design
Pricing
Virtual design is priced by the size of your home, with a minimum project fee for smaller spaces. Cosmetic upgrade selections (finishes, fixtures, etc.) can be added for an additional fee.
How payment works: A deposit reserves your spot, with the balance due when your project begins.
The Process and Timing (typically 3–4 weeks)
Discovery call: We talk through your property and goals and make sure virtual design is the right fit.
Send us your space: You share dimensions, photos and videos of each room.
Kickoff call: About one hour to define your guest, your brand and the experience you want to create.
Concept approval: We share mood boards and a design concept for your sign-off.
Design boards & shopping list: We source everything and deliver design boards plus a linked spreadsheet with your total cost.
Revisions: One round of revisions, then updated boards, your final shopping list and your stocking list.
You order & install: You place orders and set up each space using our install guide.
Final walkthrough: You send a video walkthrough, and we share final styling suggestions and listing photo tips.
Listing refresh: We provide title options and an optimized listing description.
