Short-term rentals designed to book, styled to be remembered
At Koti Design Co., we partner closely with property owners to create short-term rentals that guests love and remember. From paint and material selections to furniture, styling and every guest-ready essential, we design spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional, and built to book.
Every property has its own story. We design around your location, your ideal guest and the experience you want them to have, with thoughtful nods to the local character and never anything themed or cheesy.
Our Featured Projects
Two Ways to Work With Us
Full-Service Design
You hand us the keys, and we handle everything else: design, purchasing, delivery, installation and styling. Your property is guest-ready from day one.
Virtual Design
You get a designer’s complete plan, with design boards, a linked shopping list and a step-by-step install guide, and you handle the ordering and setup on your own schedule.
Not sure which is right for you? Contact us to schedule a call to talk through the options!
