Remote is roughly 4-6 weeks and full service design and install could take up to 10 weeks. This can be somewhat dependent on when items are scheduled to arrive, but we are mindful of that when curating your design.

For a full property for virtual branding & design, estimate $1000 per bedroom. So if you have 3 bedrooms, plan on around $3000 for the entire property to be done.
Full service design and install starts at $12,000 not including additional labor necessary (paint, handymen, etc).

One of the biggest reasons properties under perform is due to poor design which impacts guest experience. Based on the amenities you can add + number of guests your property can comfortably accommodate, you can expect to see above average daily rates and increased occupancy when you tie in a kickass design and marketing.
